Application for Graduation

Applying for graduation for an undergraduate degee involves completing an Undergraduate Degree Application form and submitting it to the Registrar's Office located on the 3rd floor of French Ad.

Students should apply for graduation at least one year prior to his or her expected graduation date. Students must be certified and have at least 70 credits towards degee before applying. It is best to apply at the end of the first semester of the junior year.

Mechanical Engineering and Materials Engineering students can get the application form from the registrar's office or from Annette in the MME Student Services office. If students pick up the form from the registrar's office, they should bring it to Student Services after it is filled out. A department signature needs to be obtained before taking it back to the registrar.
